Giveback writes the thank-you that sounds like your organisation, notices the supporter whose giving pattern has changed, and hands your fundraiser the ten conversations worth having this week.

Dear Margaret,
Thank you for your gift of £40 this month · that's six years of standing by the night shelter now, which is longer than most of our staff have been here.
Your giving covers a bed and a hot meal for two people tonight. Last winter the shelter was full every night from November, and it stayed open because of regular gifts like yours rather than one-off appeals.
You asked last year whether we'd reopened the Beckett Street site. We did, in March, and it has been running at capacity since. Thought you'd want to know.
With thanks,
Aisha
Not because they don't matter. Because there are four of them and eleven thousand supporters.
Drafts a specific, accurate thank-you for every gift, referencing what they actually funded and what they said last time. Your team approves rather than writes.
Watches giving rhythm rather than a fixed cutoff, so a quarterly donor who misses one payment is noticed in weeks, not after eighteen months.
Merges duplicates, fixes addresses, flags deceased records against the register and keeps consent flags accurate. Quietly and constantly.
With the reason attached, so the call opens with something true rather than an ask.
Anything that erodes supporter trust to lift this quarter's number is a bad trade, and it is designed out rather than left to policy.
Every fact in a draft comes from the supporter's own record. If Giveback cannot verify what their gift funded, it does not say. Vague and true beats specific and made up.
The drafting model is constrained against guilt, urgency and manufactured scarcity. It will not write “without you, they have nobody” because that is not how you speak to people who already gave.
Giveback drafts and queues. It never sends an appeal, never processes a gift and never contacts a supporter without someone on your team releasing it.
Supporters marked as vulnerable, in financial hardship or bereaved are excluded from all prompting entirely, and the exclusion cannot be overridden in a campaign.
Income between £800k and £14m, mixed regular giving, events and trusts.
We report which supporters are drifting, which records are duplicated and how much income is quietly at risk. Nothing is written, nothing is sent, and the report is yours either way.
